Ron Sieger, Certified Sofer STaM, is based in Los Angeles, California, and has been serving the local community since 1988.

Ron Sieger was born in Denver, Colorado but was raised in Los Angeles from a very young age. His parents were very prominent and active members in L.A.'s jewish community. Mr. Sieger went to Yavneh Hebrew Academy and from there, went to Rambam Torah Institute and YULA High School.
He then went to learn in Yeshiva in Israel for his last half year of High School and continued there the following year.

He returned to Los Angeles and learned full time at Yeshiva University of Los Angeles' Beis Medrash for the next 4 years where he received a Bachelors Degree in Jewish Studies. He eventually became inspired by the Holy work of STaM and worked for a local Sofer for over a year, honing his craft as a scribe. He then went to Eretz Yisrael to get his Smicha as a Sofer. He passed the written test given by the Vaad L'Mishmeres Stam, which requires at least a 90% grade to pass and received additional certification from Rabbi Yaakov Siegel of Beit E-l, Israel as a Sofer and Ba'al Magiah (certified STaM examiner).

Since 1989, Mr. Sieger has been the Sofer of choice for many Shuls and schools in the Los Angeles Jewish community. He has also served as a Torah scribe for many communities beyond L.A., including Northern California, Las Vegas, NV and Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Mr. Sieger has also been a consultant for various movie and television projects which need a Jewish expert on Torah and sofer practices. His educational programs have become very popular and are always in demand.
